Terms of Agreement – Warrior Xpress Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Warrior Xpress Solutions provides consulting for import/export operations, ergonomic tool manufacturing, and the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Once services are initiated, payments are non-refundable.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide all necessary information, materials, and access required to complete the service.
Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or clarification.
Use our services in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, designs, products, and deliverables created by Warrior Xpress Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our work without written consent.

6. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach of these terms.
Clients may cancel services with written notice; cancellation fees may apply depending on the progress and nature of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Warrior Xpress Solutions is not liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
Business losses caused by external factors such as supply chain issues, regulation changes, or third-party delays.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
